In my four years at Nancy Campbell, I have had the opportunity to meet some truly unique and talented individuals. Before joining the NCA team, I had been teaching art to adults and children of all ages for 6 years through programs at Gallery Stratford. My background includes a love of the Arts that has found me working in theatre, television production, and graphic design before settling in Stratford. I graduated with an Honours B.A in Fine Art Cultural Studies from York University in 1998. While my first love has always been Visual Art, I have also had the opportunity to teach Drama, Interdisciplinary Studies, English and ESL during my time at NCA. My approach to teaching is to lead by example, while showing students just how capable they are. There is no greater satisfaction as an educator than watching a student come into their own. It is the sense of community fostered at NCA, by its dedicated staff and amazing students, that makes teaching here such a rewarding experience.
